Simplicity 3515

Wow! It's been a really long time since I've posted a sewing project. These are a cute little pair of knickers made in size 14 1/2 using Simplicity 3515. They fit Riley great. She choose the little roses to go around the bottom band. This pattern was quite good.

My very first knitted anything!

This is a very cute chunky yarn sweater in size 4T. I started making it for Riley 5 years ago and finished if for Maria. At least Amalia will have a chance to wear it as well. Many thanks to my good friend Gail for all her help an inspiration.

Porttabellopixie Claire Dresses

Wow! These dresses turned out amazingly cute! I used the Portabellopixe Claire pattern and made a size 4 and a size 12 – 18 mo. This pattern was very well drafted and the instructions were great. I really like having actual photos of the steps. The dresses turned out cutter that I had imagined they would. The only little thing that gave me trouble was there were no notches for front and back they would have come in handy when attaching the sleeves to the bodice. I almost didn’t put on the sash, but am quite happy that I did. The sash is really cute in the back. I will be making this pattern again.
